You can purchase from:

- The starter pack is RM80 with preloaded airtime of RM30.
- You only need to topup a minimum total of RM30 or more per calander month (1st - 30th/31st).

- Get four (4) of your friends to sign up and guide them to do the same.
- You get commission from the topup which you friends have signed up.
- Thirteen percent (13%) from every single topup from the group which is under you.
- The commission payout will banked into your bank account on the 25th of every month.
- Each commission payout will less RM3 for the bank transaction.
- Commission payout will be made if and only if you have achieved four (4) users.
- You have made a personal topup of RM30 and above per the previous calendar month.
- You have a total accumulated commission of RM30 and above.
- Make sure that your bank information has been updated properly in Tone Plus' system.
- Yes, if and only you have made a personal topup total of RM30 and above the previous month.

- You did not fulfilled the minimum personal topup of RM30 and above.
- You did not have four (4) users signed up.
- No need. As long as the total topup is RM30 and above per calendar month.
- It is recommended that you make a personal topup of RM30 in the first (1st) week of the month in case you forget.
- Yes. You get commission when they topup.

- You have not fulfilled four (4) users within a period of 30 days from the day you have signed up.
- Yes you can. As long as your line is not expired and cycle of 30 days will restart again.
- No. It has been passed up to your sponsor. You need to start with a fresh four (4) users.

- Your username is your NRIC / passport.
- Your default password is 1234.

- There is no fixed combinations. It is random.
- It happens when you have completed signing up four (4) users.
- Your Tone Plus member ID starts with TPA######.
- Your get the member ID when your sponsor register you into Tone Plus system after activation of your Tone Plus sim card.

- Expired users means they their Tone Plus sim card has already expired.
- Powerline means your infinite line that users keep passed up to you. Monitor it closely.

Corporate Profile

- It is underwritten by Oriental Capital Assurance.
- Your policy will start active 60 days cooling off period after the first day of your Tone Plus sim card activation.
- You need to topup RM30 to keep your insurance policy active.
- You can check whether you are eligible for the PA insurance coverage here.

- You accumulate TuneTalk points everytime you topup.
- Check how many points when you accumulate when you topup.

- TuneTalk SelfCare is a portal for you to check related items:
- Voice / SMS and data transactions (online bill)
- Add / remove TuneBuddies list
- Change you number if you do not like it
- You can activate or reset TuneTalk SelfCare account by following these steps.
- Insert your SIM card to your mobile phone.
- Go to Tune Talk SelfCare website: TuneTalk SelfCare.
- Sign up for a new subscriber and click at the forgot password as a first time log in.
- Enter your NRIC / Passport # and TuneTalk mobile number.
- Click reset password or Log In.
- Members who already sign up can use existing self care users and proceed.
- Once successfully log in you will be able to change the password.
- Any problems or enquiries should email or talk to Customer Service at 03-79490000.

- Walk into a topup location, ask for TuneTalk topup and the amount.
- To topup, dial *122*<16 digit pin># and press "SEND".
- Just dial *133# and press "SEND".
- You can contact TuneTalk Customer Service by dialing 13100 or 03-79490000. You will get immediate assistance from 9.00a.m to 9.00p.m.
Provide these information:- Sim Card number (stated behind your sim card)
- NRIC / Passport #
- Name
- Mobile No.
- If you have a dispute, you can send email to customer.care@tunetalk.com.
- Yes. It is called Mobile Number Portability (MNP), also know as Port-In.
- There are several conditions you need to meet before you do MNP:
- Name and NRIC / passport must be the same for both service providers.
- Existing line must be active.
- Credit balance should have RM1.
- You can do it yourself. Read manual guide.

3 possibilities for port-in rejected
- Not under prepaid account.
- Information (Name) registered for two service providers not match.
- NRIC / Passport registered in TuneTalk and port-in not match.
- Steps are below:
- Go to current service providers (i.e. Maxis, Digi, Celcom).
- Ask to check and confirm the IC number and name registered.
- Feedback to Tone Plus to re-process back after your detail are corrected.
- You can do attempt these steps first:
- Go to phone setting.
- Select network setting.
- Choose network selection "MANUAL".
- Search network and choose other than your current service provider (i.e. Maxis, Digi) until your phone line show "EMERGENCY CALL.".
- Try again and choose My Celcom or Tune Talk.
- Clear all call list.
- Off mobile phone and on after 15 minutes.
- Try to make call.
- If still cannot please call TuneTalk Customer Service at 03-79490000.
- You can do attempt these steps first:
- Go to message setting.
- Choose text message.
- Find Service centre number and key-in (+6019 3900045) / change APN.
- Clear all call list / history.
- Off mobile phone and on after 15 minutes.
- Try to get message from others network and try to send message.
- If still cannot please call TuneTalk Customer service at 03-79490000.
- Yes you can. Please follow these steps.
- Automated configuration
- Send "SET" (without quotes) to 20999. You should receive a message in less than 5 minutes. Please SAVE the message.
- Manual configuration
- Go to your mobile phone's data configuration menu and enter the following:
- APN : tune talk
- Username : No username. Leave it BLANK
- Password : No password. Leave it BLANK
- DNS : 0.0.0.0
- Gateway : 0.0.0.0
- Dial *111# and press "SEND".
- Answer 4.
- Answer 3.
- Follow the instructions.
